There are a couple different strategies you can use to when playing the game Jaws.io that will help you get higher scores and possibly even break the world record high score! Below I will share a few of my favorite tips and strategies that will help you improve your high score and beat your friends.
Kill Jaws, Become Jaws, Repeat
You will notice that as your boat gets close to Jaws (the giant shark) shots will begin to be fired at the shark. If your boat fires the shot that kills the shark you become the shark. When in shark mode, you can go on a rampage and eat everything and anything. When you eat objects as Jaws you get more points than when you collect items as a boat.
For this reason it is important that you try to kill Jaws as often as possible so you become Jaws. The more you become Jaws the more points you will be able to rack up. Try to stay close to the giant shark so you can increase the chances of your shot being the one to take down the beast.
Big Boat Takes Little Boat
Another good way to earn extra points is to try to destroy other boats. You can only destroy other boats if you are bigger than them. To make sure your boat is bigger than the other boats, it is important that you get off to a fast start and start collecting swimmers and other items as soon as the game starts. Once you size up you can begin sinking the other boats and getting more points.
